If you need to cancel, just give me 24 hours notice, cool? But if you bail last minute or totally ghost me, I will have to charge you 50% of the services you booked, this includes your kiddo’s appointments. I get it, life happens, but I also gotta look out for my' time, my family and respect other clients' bookings. To help you remember, please mark your appointment down in your electronic calendar and set a 48-hour reminder. So, please be mindful of everyone's time and give us a heads up if your plans change.
